Making Health a Priority

This year, I’m working on my health. I’ve never really made my health a priority, and it’s catching up with me.  I know I can’t be the best version of myself if I’m not also the healthiest version.  This will certainly not be an easy journey but I’d love to do it together!

As my body adjusts to working out (for the first time in FOREVER) a post workout massage is a MUST and this is a GAME CHANGER!

Protein Shake

Protein, protein and more protein. I’m NOT starting a diet but I am being smarter about my food choices and my nutritionist said I NEED to focus on more protein to fuel my body. When I find myself not having enough I can simply add this to an afternoon coffee! WINNING!

Elliptical

I know everyone is allllllll about their peleton, but bikes hurt my bum, and my legs can’t take the pounding of a treadmill.  An elliptical is low impact and a GREAT workout! This isn’t the one we own but it’s an Amazon overall pick!
